Jesus-The Way, The Truth, The Life

     This morning as I was pumping gas, I was approached by a very nice woman who came over me and began talking about God. I thought, how awesome this is, what boldness this woman has...but then she handed me a pamphlet about Jehovah's Witnesses. My heart dropped. The scripture immediately came to mind, "You shall know the truth and the truth will set you free." John 8:31 This woman had been led astray by false doctrine. Any religion that deviates from the word of God in any way is a cult or man-made religion.Jehovah's Witnesses do not believe that Jesus is the Almighty God therefore, they do not worship Him.They also do not believe in the Holy Trinity consisting of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. In Colossians 1:15-18 reads, " He (Jesus) is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist." Scripture clearly tells us that Jesus is the image of God...In Genesis 1:26 God said, "let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground." Notice the emphasis on the words "us" and "our." This clearly tells us that Jesus has always been and created everything.
     It is so important that we do not believe something simply because someone says it whether it be a pastor, a family member, a deacon or choir member-we need to read God's word for ourselves and God will reveal Himself to us. When I think of this woman I met this morning, and many others, I think of the verse in Proverbs that reads, "There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death." Proverbs 14:12 I want to stress again that ANY religion that deviates from the word of God is man-made. While there may be some truth in portions of religions, we need to know the whole truth and what God says. There will be many people who put their trust in something or someone other than Christ, fully believing they are going to heaven, but unless they come to God through Jesus and believe that He is who He says He is-which is Lord of all, creator, God in the flesh, perfect, sinless, holy and righteous, they will end up in hell for all eternity. From beginning to end, the Bible makes it clear that Jesus is the one and only Savior, the ransom for our sins, the risen Lord and the King of Kings. The Bible is truth and God's word will stand. "but My word will never pass away." Matthew 24:35 The Bible also clearly tells us not to add to His word." Proverbs  30:6
     We are warned in 1 John that people will try to lead us astray but "as for you, the anointing you received from Him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as His anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing  is real, not counterfeit-just as it has taught you, remain in Him." 1 John 2:27
"Who is the liar? It is the man who denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a man is the antichrist-he denies the Father and the Son. No one who denies the Son has the Father, whoever acknowledges the Son has the Father also. See that what you have heard from the beginning remains in you." 1 John 2:22-24
     I am praying that each of you reading this will be drawn to God's word. Dig in and let Him speak to you and show you His truth. "For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to the dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart." Hebrews 4:12

    Jehovah's Witnesses creed is a falsehood of Jesus *invisible* second coming October 1914.

    Tens of thousands of Jehovah's Witnesses are DEAD (since 1945) by a man-made Watchtower society ban on *whole* blood transfusions.
    Jehovah's Witnesses endlessly argue the red herring trinity enigma because they cannot defend their Adventist plagiarized October 1914 date for Jesus second coming your "pivotal" all important core creed prophecy.
    Jehovah's Witnesses are 'wolves in sheep's clothing' false prophets that Jesus himself warned about [Matthew 7:15].

Hold on!

Satan Is Your Enemy, Not People

I know there are times when it feels like others are truly your enemy, by the things they say or how they treat you, however, they are not your real enemy-satan is.
